Terms of Service

Endgame turns a chess game into a made-to-order art print or framed piece. Each item is produced on demand by our print partner after you order, using the design you created.

You can paste a PGN or import a game by URL. You’re responsible for having the right to use any game record or text you submit. You keep ownership of the personal text you add (titles, dates). By placing an order you grant us the limited right to render, print, and ship it to you.

Game move records are facts and not owned by anyone; the artwork, software, and brand are ours and may not be copied or resold.

Prices are shown in USD and may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an unfulfillable design) and will refund you if we do.

Because every piece is printed for you specifically, returns are limited — see our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, submit hateful or unlawful content, or disrupt the service (including scraping, automated abuse, or overloading our rendering). We may suspend access for misuse.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will make right any defective or misprinted item. Otherwise the service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
