Refund & Returns Policy

Every Endgame piece is printed to order from your design, so we handle returns a little differently from off-the-shelf goods. We want you to love what arrives — here’s how we make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll reprint and reship it or refund you in full — your choice. Email support@endgamearts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won’t need to ship the damaged item back.
Made-to-order items
Because each print is custom-made for you, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors in the design you approved (for example a typo in a title, or the wrong size or frame selected). Please review your preview carefully before ordering.
That said, we’re reasonable people making art — if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Order changes & cancellations
We start production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible — we can usually help if the item hasn’t entered printing yet. Once it’s in production we may not be able to stop it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear after we issue it. You’ll get an email when a refund is processed.
Lost or stuck shipments
If tracking shows your order is lost or badly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and replace it if needed. See the Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes.
